Hostesses needed supervision, they lack team work or motivation. They could have been more helpful clearing tables for the servers knowing that their shorthanded to help seat the customers waiting, unless they were in the kitchen washing the dishes by hand cause the dishwasher was broke. The bar was full, otherwise we would have sat there. Food was good, service slow. Saturday's are usually busy, I get that. But when there's too much chatting amongs hostesses not related to work, things don't get done, customers have to wait🤔

Do not come to this place, they have the worst service ever and it takes forever to get your food. I've seen a server try to give my food to two different people! Then try to bring me the same food that two she tried to give to the wrong people. And this is the second time this has happened to me at this location! They need to do better! I won't be comin back!

Worse money I've ever spent at an Applebees in Snellville. It took 30 minutes just to get a Pepsi and lemonade. When we finally got to order and received our appetizers we were a good hour plus in. I asked for a refill and never got it. We just ask for our food to go and that still took about 15 minutes. The chips were HARD. When we got home to eat our food, the steak was so dry, i ordered medium well with a little pink. The chicken breast was dry as well. We couldn't even eat the meat. This is the worse experience we have ever had. Did I mention the waiter kept complaining about people waiting until after 10 to come because something was half price. I'm not sure what was because he never told us. We only talked to him 4 times, when he took our drinks order, food order, when he asked for our ketchup off our table to give someone else and when he bought our food to go. I asked for a receipt, I guess it's with my refill because I didn't receive it either. I still want a receipt to see if I received whatever was half price.

The food was good. Got the cedar like grilled chicken. A pleasant dish. What throws me off from giving it 5 stars is that there is a faintly rank stench that is in the restaurant. It's not strong enough to throw your appetite out of the window but enough to be noticed.

The one on 124 in Snellville is so much better than the one in 78. Complete opposite vibe! Food was delicious, service was great and the drinks were so good, I only needed one!!
